Which membership is right for me?

1. How many days a week would you like to play?
 Option 1: 7 Day Unlimited: allows play anytime 7 days per week with tee times (excluding outings or
course closures).
 Option 2: 7 Day Limited: allows play M-F anytime and after 12PM on Sat, Sun and holidays.
 Option 3: 5 Day Limited: allows play M-F anytime. Excludes holidays and outings.
2. Which courses would you like to play?
 Diamond: Little Apple, The Woods, Oak Tree, Shelby Crossing & both ranges
 Platinum: Little Apple, The Woods, both ranges and your choice of Oak Tree or Shelby Crossing
 Gold: Little Apple, The Woods and both ranges
 Silver: Little Apple and both ranges
3. Are you an individual, couple, family, junior or walking (no cart)?

**Please be prepared to show your season pass to staff any time you play a round!!

Season Pass Holder Agreement 

Thank you for your interest in a season pass.  We appreciate your business and look forward to seeing you frequently on the courses.  Please review and sign the bottom to receive your season pass card.  Happy golfing!!

1.  Season passes do not guarantee automatic tee times.  Owners reserve the right to close the course at any time for private outings.  Our pro shop will be able to assist you in making a tee time at one of our other courses if included in your season pass.

2.  Tee times can be made at any time but not more than 2 weeks ahead of play date.  If your number of tee times needed changes, please be courteous and call the course to change your reservation.

3.  If season pass holder has a question about any scheduled outings, they should consult pro shop staff or see the outing board in the pro shop.

4.  Season pass holders are required to share carts whenever possible.  Your season pass includes a half cart.  If you meet up with someone and play the front nine and each have an individual cart, you must consolidate at the turn.  If you prefer to ride alone, you may pay for the other half cart when you play your round.

5.  Season pass holders are required to play the course in order, either starting on hole 1 or hole 10 per the pro shop’s guidance.  No jumping around holes.

6.  Owners/ pro shop reserves the right to send 9 hole play off of #10 tee.  If there is no one teeing off on hole 9, players can and will be started on hole 10 at the discretion of the pro shop or starter.

7.  Players must check in at the pro shop to get their cart key at the start of each round.  Please return the keys at the end of each round.

8.  Tee times will ALWAYS have priority on the course.

9.  Range balls are included with your season pass and NOT TO BE SHARED!  Season pass holders are to return to the pro shop all unused range balls and buckets.  (1) bucket will be given at a time.

10.  Season pass holders are required to show their season pass when asked by staff at any course.
